Yoga with Sylvia is a gentle and generative yoga class to help people unwind, balance their nervous system, and cultivate power and agency over their lives.
Come balance your nervous system through guided meditation, stretching, and breathing.
Drop-ins are accepted.
This program is FREE this spring thanks to the generosity of the Renton Rotary Club! (Original cost $10.00/class)
Please make note of the following sessions associated with specific age groups:
- 12-1 pm – Adults/Seniors
- 1-2 pm – Teens
