Please note all patients joining us at the Family First Community Center, must complete a Family First Community Center member registration form at the reception desk prior to services. All patients must check in at the Family First Community Center front desk AND at the HealthPoint front desk.
How To Find Care
We are currently accepting new patients. You can find a clinic from our list of clinic locations, or search for the type of care provider you want to see. Then call the clinic phone number to make your appointment.
Current patients can also request an appointment on MyHealthPoint Patient Portal.

What To Bring
To save time, complete these forms and bring them with you to your first appointment. You should bring to your appointment:
- Your driver’s license or other identification
- Medications you are taking
- Your insurance card (if you have one)
- Any medical records you have
- If you are applying for sliding fee, please bring proof of the last 30 days of your income

We provide a full-service clinic with six exam rooms, two dental chairs, and a laboratory that provides blood work testing.

HealthPoint has been serving the community since 1971, with over 20 locations offering a broad array of services, all connected by a state-of-the-art electronic health record. For even more convenience, the pharmacy is on-site. We are excited to partner with the Family First Community Center to now provide services to the Renton-Cascade community.
