Join Ricky Thatsanavongsa from Golden Sun Athletics for Soft Style Kung Fu for Seniors!
This soft style Kung Fu for Seniors class includes Baat Ying Baat Faat, a Chinese martial art, to practice balance, coordination, and breathing exercises through traditional techniques.
Drop-ins are accepted!
This program is FREE for seniors during the fall 2024 season, thanks to the generosity of the Renton Rotary Club! Original cost is $10/class
