Diversion Services
Join Brianna B. & Karen G. with Vision House for diversion services. The diversion team comes alongside families who need support navigating through community services, whether that be housing needs, education, work, etc.

This event provides foot care for those unable to provide for themselves. In addition to assessing the feet of patients taking blood thinners or those that are diabetics.
