Spring Break Family Science Camp! Marine Science Exploration

Program Details:
- Nature Journaling with Shells: Closely analyze shells and journal your observations
- Plankton Under the Scope & Build a Plankton: These two will be done at the same time:
- Plankton Under the Scope: Folks will use a microscope to look at plankton
- Build a Plankton: Build your own plankton inspired by what you saw under the microscope, using different craft materials
- Eat Like a Whale: An activity where we learn different ways whales and dolphins eat
- Marine Heads & Tails – Folks will guess how big marine animals are using a rope and will see how big they really are!
- Sandpaper Sharks – An art activity about how sharks have sandpaper-like skin
- Squid Dissection – Folks will learn the ins and outs of a squid and dissect their own
- Slime – Folks will learn about the importance of slime for fish and make their own!
