MBSR is an evidence-based program that teaches us to be mindful of the present moment through guided meditation and gentle movement practices.
Each class is 2.25 hours and is intended for people of ALL ABILITIES who want to learn ways of meeting their lives through the good and the bad moments just as they are. Over the years, research has shown that the MBS program
