Community members can drop in to play pickleball and connect with other locals. Senior (50+) community members can drop in to play pickleball and connect with other locals on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Adult pickleball (18+) is available on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm - 7:45 pm.
Join Ricky Thatsanavongsa from Golden Sun Athletics for Soft Style Kung Fu for Seniors! This soft style Kung Fu for Seniors class includes Baat Ying Baat Faat, Chinese martial arts, to practice balance, coordination, and breathing exercises through traditional techniques. Drop-ins are accepted.
