This soft style Kung Fu for Seniors class includes Baat Ying Baat Faat, Chinese martial arts, to practice balance, coordination, and breathing exercises through traditional techniques. FFCC Gymnasium will be unavailable on Tuesday, 7/21, from 10:45 AM-12:10 PM and on Wednesday, 7/22, from 11:50 AM-1:10 PM. As a result, scheduled drop-in activities, including Senior Pickleball and Open Gym, will be canceled during these times. Thank you for your understanding.
