The purpose of Hip-Hop Dance/Breaking is to build students' confidence, skills, grit, creativity, and musicality—all while having fun as they learn advanced dance moves, tricks, choreography, performance, and battling. Drop-ins are accepted.

The Trailblazers program cultivates youth as they become empowered critical thinkers, driven by a deep sense of purpose. Trailblazers participants emerge as leaders as they explore the program’s four pillars. This program is hosted by Theresa Carter-Vincent and Marissa McDowell in Makerspace 2.
BRAVE partners with schools, community centers, and community organizations to implement the Trailblazers programming that provides an opportunity to empower and collaborate with 4th and 5th-graders, middle and high school scholars, and their families. Register at the Family First Community Center or on the Brave Young People's website. Registration closes on October 3rd.
