Join Ricky Thatsanavongsa from Golden Sun Athletics for Soft Style Kung Fu for Seniors! This soft style Kung Fu for Seniors class includes Baat Ying Baat Faat, Chinese martial arts, to practice balance, coordination, and breathing exercises through traditional techniques. This program is geared towards seniors ages 50 and up. Drop-ins are accepted.
