The inter-generational storytelling program invites adults aged 40 and older to reflect on and share their personal life journeys. Through guided group conversations, one-on-one interviews, and memory prompts, participants will co-create a professionally bound storybook that captures their lived experiences. Each participant receives 1 personalized, bound book by September 10, 2025. Participants engage in 8 facilitated sessions. Video testimonials and photos are archived in the Family First digital memory library. Celebration day to close the summer session with joy and gratitude.
The deadline to register for the season is July 16th. Pre-register in advance on MyActiveCenter.
This class will take place in the Activities Lounge Quiet Room. On July 16th and August 20th, this class will take place in the Community Meeting Room.
