The Family First Environmental Club offers drop-in outdoors-inspired environmental science experiences, lessons, and connections to engage the community of all ages in the joy of learning from nature. Gentle Yoga is an intergenerational yoga class for all ages and abilities! Come balance your nervous system through guided meditation, stretching, and breathing. Yoga mats will be provided, but participants are more than welcome to bring their own! This program costs $10.00-$25.00. Please pre-register at the FFCC front desk.
