People of all ages & experience levels are welcome to join leaders of The Rhapsody Project for weekly, social music-making sessions. This is an upper body strength and endurance class provided by Flex Therapies. Please pre-register at the Family First Community Center front desk. This program is FREE for seniors this spring thanks to the generosity of the Rotary Renton Club! Original cost $10.00/class.
Teens, interested in learning how to sew with a needle? Join us every Thursday to sew some pillows, fix some stitching, among many other fun projects! Please note: This program runs from 4:30-5:30pm, but may extend to 6:00pm depending on the project.
