- Members who have had previous injuries affecting their strength, endurance, or range of motion.
- Members who lack or feel like they lack upper body strength and endurance
- Members who have pain or weakness in their upper body
- Members who have barriers affecting their ability to perform strengthening exercises
Upper Extremity Strengthening Class
Using resistance bands, we will go through a series of exercises addressing various upper body muscles (arms, chest, back, shoulders). We welcome all members, as instructor Henry Giang is skilled at modifying any exercise to each individual need. Free Theraband for members.
