• All age ranges who have had previous injuries affecting their strength, endurance, range of motion, or functional ability to perform self care.
• Diagnosis include but not limited by stroke, brain injury, orthopedic surgeries, falls, cancers, chronic and acute pain, postural pain
• Adults and seniors wanting to age in place or have had a recent injury resulting in the home being or feeling unsafe.

The goal is to provide a high quality and affordable 1-on-1 consultation service for the FFCC community who need specialized occupational therapy services following an acute or chronic injury. These services may include pain management, neuro-muscular re-education, self care (ADL/IADL) re-training, and home safety assessments.
