Diversion Services

Join Brianna B. & Karen G. with Vision House for diversion services. The diversion team comes alongside families who need support navigating through community services, whether that be housing needs, education, work, etc. We are here to support families on the steps that they self-identify as being the best plan for their family.

This program occurs weekly in the Activities Lounge ‘Quiet Room’
on Wednesdays from 12:00- 2:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm.
