Coloring for Fun!
Coloring has been linked to reducing anxiety & depression, improving sleep, aiding in meditation & focused mindfulness, and improves hand-eye motor skills.
Join Marianna S. in the community meeting room for a coloring class! Coloring books and colored pencils are provided and yours to keep! If you’d like, bring your own coloring pencils, markers or crayons.
