If you have a conviction history and background checks are making it difficult to find work, our workforce development team is available to assist you in finding employment and planning your career. We provide resume building, cover letters, interviewing techniques & coaching, confidence building techniques, and individual job search.
Drop-ins are accepted during this two hour block!
This program is hosted by William Castillo Jr. and Alyesha Villalobos from Pioneer Human Services.
This program is for anyone 18 and older, any race and ethnicity, justice-involvement or criminal conviction history, substance-use history is accepted as well.
The goal for this program is to help serve individuals facing barriers to employment due to a criminal history.
