Monday-Friday 9:00 am-2:30 pm and 6:00 pm-8:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am-6:00 pm. On FFCC modified hours, the gym opens from 10:00 am-6:00 pm

Must be 18 years and older to use. Ages 16-17 allowed with adult supervision.
