DESCRIPTION:Presented by Xiomara Melgar\, this is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher from Three Trees Yoga and Certified Kids Yoga Teacher from Seattle Kids Yoga. Xiomara is able to provide instruction in both English and Spanish. \nRegistration required\, space limited. One registration per family. Space is limited! Register opens on June 23rd at 12:00pm. Register here. \nFamily Yoga is a fun\, welcoming space for children and caregivers to move\, breathe\, and relax together. Enjoy playful stretches\, partner poses\, gentle movement\, breathing exercises\, and plenty of silliness and laughter. Children can participate however feels right\, and caregivers are invited to join in without worrying about “perfect” poses.
