Group Canning & Brining Science Drop-In Class with the Environmental Science Center and Nelsen Middle School's Green Club. This lesson provides a tangible skill while reinforcing environmental responsibility and food sustainability practices. Drop-ins are accepted.
Gentle Yoga is an intergenerational yoga class for all ages and abilities! Come balance your nervous system through guided meditation, stretching, and breathing. Yoga mats will be provided, but participants are more than welcome to bring their own! This program costs $10.00-$25.00. Please pre-register at the FFCC front desk.
